The extension of Saljooqs authority across Iran, Iraq and Sham (Syria) simultaneously encountered with Fatimids propaganda carried by missionaries and advocates threatening Abbsids and Sunni Saljooqs. Opposed to Ismailies, Suffies enjoyed a comprehensive support from Saljooqs for a significant role-play they had against Ismailies. Therefore, Suffies- Saljooqs coalition made Abbasids to put Suffies in a high administrative position in order to attract Saljooqs. Appointed by Bagdad Caliphs and carried to the end of sixth century of Hijra, the Sheikh-o-shoyokh rank was given to the director (Morshid) of Bagdad’s center of Suffi fraternity (Rebat). As an authoritative rank, Sheikh-o-shoyokh had a great impact on political events.
