چکیده

اختلاف بر سر تعیین مرزها، ناآرامی و ناامنی در مرزها، مسئله رود هیرمند و مشکل مهاجرت اتباع دو کشور به شهرهای مرزی یکدیگر در دوره رضاشاه ) 6311 م/ 6901 ش- 6316 م/ 6910 ش( محورهای این مقاله را تشکیل می دهد. کشور افغانستان، یکی از مهم ترین همسایگان ایران، نقش مهمی در روابط خارجی ایران داشته است. بنابراین در این پژوهش تلاش شده است از دغدغه ها و چالش های این دو کشور در مرزها و اقدام های به کاررفته آگاهی حاصل شود. یافته های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تاریخی و همچنین با مطالعه تطبیقی اسناد آرشیو وزارت امور خارجه و سازمان اسناد ملی ایران، که تاکنون منتشر نشده اند، نشان می دهد این دو کشور به رغم اشتراک ها و صمیمیت در روابط، در برخی مسائل دچار اختلاف های عمیق و تاریخی بوده اند. اگرچه در مقاطع مختلف اقدام های به صورت مسائل حل ناشده باقی می مانده است.

Border Challenges between Iran and Afghanistan during the age of Reza Shah

چکیده [English]

Demarcation disputes, unrest and insecurity along the borders, The question of the Helmand River and the problem of migration between border cities of two contries in the era of Reza Shah (1925-1941) are the main issues in this article. Afghanistan as one of Iran's neighbors played an important role in Iran's foreign relations. Therefore, this study tries to discuss about concerns, boundary challenges and measures used by two countries. Using historical research and comparative study of unpublished archival documents of Department of State of Iran with the National Archives, our findings show  that despite the commonalities and sincerity in relations between the two countries, there were some issues with deep historical divisions.  Although important steps were taken at various times to fix it, yet the issues appeared again and, remained unresolved.
