چکیده
خیرالکلام اولین روزنامه محلی گیلان وبد که از تاریخ 24 جمادی‌الثانی 1325 ق، تقریباً به مدت سه سال، به همت افصح المتکلمین چاپ و منتشر شد.این روزنامه ابتدا از انقلابی‌ها و مشروطه‌خواهان از نظر قلمی و معنوی حمایت کرد، ولی با فتح تهران و استقرار مشروطیت، به تدریج بین خاندان امشه و انجمن رشت با خیرالکلام فاصله افتاد، و به مرور زمان، اختلاف بین خیرالکلام با خاندان امشه و انجمن رشت بالا گرفت.سیاست خیرالکلام علاوه بر دفاع از قانون و شریعت اسلام، حفظ استقلال و تمامیت ارضی و توجه به اقشار و گروه‌های فرودست جامعه بود و این روزنامه، همواره، تجلیگاه دیدگاه اجتماعی و سیاسی‌ای بود که از گروه‌های فرودست جامعه حمایت می‌کرد.ضمن اینکه از اقلیت‌های قومی و دینیِ دیگر نیز به نیکی یاد می‌کرد و تلاش‌های آنان در حمایت از نهضت مشروطه را می‌ستود

چکیده [English]
Khair-ol klam was the first local newspaper of Gilan, printed and published by Afsah-ol Motakallemin for three years ,from 4 august 1907 .At first ,the Newspaper had supported revolutionaries and constitutionalists in Verbal and spiritual support,but with conquering of Tehran gradually distance between Omshe Family and Rasht society with Khair-ol Klam occurred, and dispute increased. In addition , Khair-ol Klam's policy beside defecting law, and canon (Shari'a) of Islam, was keeping independence and territorial integrity, and paying attention to lower social classes. The Newspaper had social and political viewpoints that supported lower social groups. Meanwhile, it talked about ethnic and religious minorities well, and praised their attempts in support of constitutional movement.
