Reza Shah's era was the beginning of the modern era and the creation of fundamental changes in the social sphere of Iran The formation of a new education system and the generalization of the right to education in new public schools to girls were among the government's gender policies that greatly affected the social and personal lives of urban women and girls. This article does not seek to examine the educational policies of the Reza Shah government in the field of women. This article, while explaining the development of the new concept of motherhood, seeks to answer the question of how this concept made women's education necessary and this educationQuantitatively and qualitatively, how was the idea of a new mother influenced. The data of this research which was collected by library-statistical method and based on statistics and publications, Shows that the new mother idea and the need to change the traditional roles of women, in the first place by changing the definition of the female uterus from a biological organ to the location of the next generation of the country and in the next step with the emergence of the idea mother-coach,The housewife quantitatively expanded women's public education Qualitatively, however, the curriculum for women in public schools shows that their education was very different from that of men, and that it was ideologically designed to raise a new Iranian wife and mother, and thus contribute greatly to professional life and The formation of an independent female identity did not.
