The present study deals with the historical investigation of the Barzashabadi branch of the Kobrawieh dynasty in Iran during the Safavid period. This Sufi sect in the Safavid period is known as the Golden Sect. The article is descriptive-analytical by relying on historical sources, especially sources related to this sect; It examines the developments of the leaders of this sect in the Safavid period. The approach of the research is that, until the end of the 11th century/17th century, the term "Zahabiyyah" was not considered as a suitable name for this Sufi order, and the naming and fame of this sect is related to the end of the 11th century/17th century (the end of the Safavid period) and the result of the clever activities of Muezzin Khorasani. (died 1078 AH/1668 AD) and his student was Najibuddin Zargar Esfahani (around 1696-1696 AD). The identity formation of the sect in the Safavid period and its transformations in this period is the main subject of the present research.
