Abstract:After that Achaemenid was entrusted to the hands of Darius the government claims around the borders of Achaemenid wreckriots and encountered him with serious problems All the first year of Darius government dealt with restore order and disposal across the border after riots after winning by 527-522B.C.Darius decided to register his accession to the throne and his apparent conquests register . He choose Behiston rock for located at the down of this rock which through a 1000 m height shelf babel is connected to Ecbatana the reasons for choosing this place for writing Behistun Inscription were studied in present pepper .And different issues such as geographical situation of this site.The communication high way significance of Mount Behistun , language and script used in the inscriptions and historical events 552-522 GM were studied. And from gained data we concluded that communicative ,geographical and religious situations further that he located on ,forced him to choose that place for writing the Behistun Inscription .this survey is a theoretical investigation and methods of historical research aligned to the writing style that was wrotted in the method of cross- section .
